If you would like to help rescues dogs in need but adopting or being a foster parent is not an option for you,
there are other ways to help...
You can donate your time at a local rescue or shelter. You can make monetary or supply donation that help the dogs directly. Often shelters and rescue have a list of needed items, may they be new or used. This is our list:
* Towels
* Blankets
* Comforters (all sizes – even children’s bed)
* Toddler mattresses
* High Efficiency Laundry Soap (Arm & Hammer sensitive preferred)
* Gift Cards to Animal Outfitters Inc on Elmwood Ave (where we buy our dog food)
* Chewers at least 4 inches long
* Dog Biscuits (any size)
* Collars for new rescues (normally 12-22 inches)
* Light bulbs 60 -100 watt
* Coupons for any type of dog treats or snacks
* Target plastic shopping bags (the ones you get at the checkout) for potty clean up
* Pop bottles or used ink cartridges – we recycle and get some $
* Viva brand paper towels
* Tough rubber toys (ie: planet dog or West Paw)
* Dyson Animal Vacuum
* Office Max Gift Cards
* Volunteers to distribute flyers and info for upcoming events
* Foster & Smith Gift Cards (we order many supplies from there)
* Trash Bags – kitchen size up to construction strength
* A Plumber and/or Electrician to donate time for our new Rescue Barn
* Lysol automatic refills (vanilla)
* Anything else you think we might be able to use, just call us
