We are always looking for volunteers to come and help walk the dogs, exercise and play with them, clean kennels and just get the dogs use to different people.
You do not have to be a Husky savvy person -we welcome your help and are willing to educate you and help you learn about this wonderful breed. You do not have to commit to a certain day or time or length of Volunteering -we welcome any extra time you can give to these dogs. If you are willing to let a Husky, Husky mix or other dog into your heart please contact us
Some dogs that come to us are in need of surgeries or heartworm treatments. Because of this, these dog are not able to play with the othe dogs and require extra quality time with people. If you just want to love a special dog that really needs it you can become someone's best friend !
Taking care of rescue dogs can be very expensive, as they normaly come to us with medical problems or other issues.Some people think that dogs are disposable, and when there "done" with them they no longer care about their health, condition or mental well being.
You can make monitary donations to help off set the cost of medical bills, Dog food, supplies and any day to day cost that go along with caring for these great dogs.We also have increased utility bills.Every donation big or small is greatly appreciated.
