Chinese Cresteds Available for Adoption
Besides rescuing Siberian Huskies, we occasionally rescue Chinese Crested Dogs.This is another breed that has become near and dear to our hearts since 2007, when as a favor we rescued a family of Crested's in need. This breed seems to have the same fun & mischievous personality of the Huskies. Needless to say we fell in love with this smart little breed and ended up keeping one of the sick puppies. He has grown into a great dog and seems to touch the hearts of everyone he meets. On his behalf we have decided to also help any needy Cresteds that may cross our path, so that someday they may enrich the lives of another family as our Crested has done for us.

Chinese cresteds
MeiLing is a 5 year old female pure bred Chinese Crested Hairless. She is a Black and white with good amount of hair on crest,tail and legs.She is a very sweet dog but unfortunately she is also Blind. Her loss of vision is perminate and a hereditary issue that causes her no pain.She has been check out by Animal Eye Care specialist.She has adapted well to her condition and is now ready for a permanent home of her own. She loves to cuddle but also enjoys running about outside.She is good off leash and responds well to voice commands.She does well with dogs her size but is scared of larger dogs. She also has great skin for this bred and does well with grooming.
